The "medical expenses" guarantee covers illnesses and accidents that occur suddenly and unforeseeably.

In concrete terms, up to €70,000 are reimbursed for your health expenses related to the illness or accident, for example : the cost of visits, medical consultations, medications, nursing care, medical and surgical hospitalisation, and in general, any other medical or surgical procedure concerning the pathology.

Ex : flu, otitis, gastroenteritis, urinary infection, intoxication...

What about dental diseases? We cover emergency expenses (ex: toothache, cavities) up to €150.

To obtain the reimbursement of your medical expenses, you must contact the assistance centre before any expense and obtain their prior agreement.

The assistance centre can be contacted 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
