Covers for your peace of mind
Any event preventing you to leave? You will be covered by the cancellation benefit. You caused involuntary damages to your rental or to the movables? You will be covered by the civil liability benefit.

Replacement copy of keys if you lose them or if they get stolen. Emergency veterinary costs if your animal gets hurts during the stay. A remplacement vehicle if yours is out of service.
In case of an unforeseeable, external and justified reason, you will be covered for your cancellation fees up to €25,000 per rental.
You will be reimbursed of unused land-based services (accommodation, sport lessons, sport equipment rental,...) in case of a medical repatriation or early return, on a prorated basis up to €25,000.
For any accidental damage due to a fire or water damage to movable or immovable properties of the owner up to €2,500,000 as well as for damages to properties of the guest.
If your rental is not compliant with the description of the announcement or with the photos that made you book it, you will be covered up to € 10,000.
Your rental has been damaged due to fire, water or a storm... and it prevents you to stay there? You will get a refund of the deposit or the down payment, up to € 10,000.
We will reimburse you up to €150 for the shipping costs to your home of an object left in the rental.
In the event of something happening between your house and the location of your stay, the nights you did not spend in your rental will be reimbursed, up to 3 nights.
If you lose or get the rental keys stolen from you, we will reimburse the replacement keys fees up to € 100 .
Yes, if you subscribe the day of the booking of your trip or within the 48 following hours.
Yes, if your trip does not exceed 90 days.
Yes, if the price of your rental does not exceed €25,000.
Yes, if you reside within the European union (including Switzerland, the United Kingdom or Monaco) wherever the location of your rental is. Conversely if you do not reside in Europe but your rental is located in the European union.
Yes, we will cover your rental if you are going to a hydrotherapy (please, refer to dedicated prices below).
Yes, whatever service provider you choose to book your holiday rental with (Airbnb, Homeaway, campsites, tourist offices...).
