The cancellation cover means you will get a refund for the cancellation fees charged by the service provider should you have to cancel or change your trip before the departure date.

This benefit only applies if the reason for the cancellation is covered by the insurance policy and if it is a sudden, unforeseeable, justified reason beyond your control (external).

We will therefore cover all events except those listed as exclusions in the insurance policy and exclusions common to all benefits. For example, we won’t cover a cancellation due to a forgotten vaccination or due to a lack of documents requested for your trip, like a passport or due to nuclear disaster. 

Keep in mind that this insurance ends as soon as you leave.

Important: this option must be subscribed up to 48 hours after purchasing the trip
