Tenants' liability insurance provides cover of up to €500,000 for any damage you may cause to the rented property as a result of water damage, fire or explosion, for which you, as the tenant, are liable to your landlord and to third parties (neighbours, passers-by).

This cover applies to holiday rental of less than 30 consecutive days.
