Before any expenses are made, you must contact the assistance team, who can be contacted 7/7 and 24/24, in order to obtain their prior agreement. 

We will pay for your return ticket to your country of origin in the event of : 

• Serious and unforeseen hospitalisation lasting more than 72 hours of a close relative, your professional replacement or the person looking after your children
• Death of a close relative, your professional replacement or the person looking after your children
• Serious material damage to your home
• Your government's official and express request for an emergency return to your country of residence (this event is limited to modifying your initial return ticket or paying for a new economy class ticket if it cannot be modified).
   

Relatives means the Insured's spouse, common-law or civil partner, direct ascendants or descendants, brothers or sisters, and father-in-law or mother-in-law.
