If you miss your flight, for any reason at all, due to an event beyond your control (unless due to the carrier), we will pay for the purchase of a new ticket on condition that you leave within the following 24 hours.
Our reimbursement cannot exceed 50% of the total initial cost of your package (transport and ground services) and/or 80% of the total initial cost of your dry flight (transport services only).
