If your departure is cancelled or delayed as a result of a transport disruption, we will compensate you up to a maximum of :

• 1,000 euros if you miss a connection
• 2,000 if this cancels your entire holiday
   

If you are able to change the departure dates of your trip as a result of transport disruption, we will cover the cost of changing your booking up to a maximum of 200 euros per person.

Please note: only the following events leading to transport disruption are covered: fire, flood, earthquake, explosion following a natural event, tsunami, landslide, avalanche, cyclone, storm, tornado and volcanic activity.
