If all the travellers are on the same insurance policy, all of them are united together. Therefore, they can all cancel their trip within the limit of 9 travellers or limitless as long as they belong to your household!

For example: you plan a trip for your whole family. Unfortunately, a child is involved in an accident and the whole family would prefer to cancel the trip and to stay with the child.

The whole family will be reimbursed!
