In case of accidental death

In case of immediate death or within 2 years as a result of a covered accident, the company will pay the amount indicated in the contract (12 000 euros max). The beneficiary of the capital would be the children or the legal successors of the Insured.

Warning! Death as a result of the following circumstances is not covered:

• The consumption of drugs, narcotics and similar substances such as drugs not prescribed by a doctor
• The practice of racing sports as a professional or as an amateur involving the use of land, air or water motorized vehicles.
• Nervous or mental diseases

In case of accidental disability

If you suffer a medically established accident covered by your contract and that a permanent or partial disability persists, the company shall grant you the amount indicated in the contract, up to 80 000 euros, depending on the degree of the disability.

Warning! Disabilities as a result of the following circumstances are not covered:

• The consumption of drugs, narcotics and similar substances such as drugs not prescribed by a doctor.
• The practice of racing sports as a professional or as an amateur involving the use of land, air or water motorized vehicles.
