Teleconsultation covers a wide range of medical specialities. It is particularly suitable for cold and flu symptoms, allergies, upper respiratory infections, skin problems, orthopaedics, paediatrics issues, etc. 

Having a Teleconsultation is an equivalent to seeing your general practitioner. 

The Teleconsultation is not an emergency service and cannot replace local ER services.
