Renewing your insurance is quick and easy!

Simply log on to our website and take out a new policy, indicating your new dates of cover.

As soon as your subscription is validated, you'll receive an e-mail with a link to your policyholder area. From your policyholder area, you can access all the useful documents relating to your policy.

Please note: the new contract must follow the end date of the previous one to the exact day (if your first contract ends on 20 March, the next one must begin on 21 March).

Maximum renewal period.

You can renew your insurance for a period between one month and one year. If you wish to renew for less than three months, please contact us by e-mail or telephone.

You cannot be covered for more than 24 months (2 years).

For example, if you have already taken out a one-year policy, you can extend it by a maximum of one year. After that, the insurer will no longer cover the expenses.

Please note: Expenses incurred during your first contract cannot be reimbursed under your new contract, as they will be considered as pre-existing expenses.

Example: I see a doctor on 31/12 who advises me to consult a specialist. As my policy ends on 01/01, any costs incurred after that date for the same condition will not be covered under the new policy (or under the old policy, which has ended).
