Chapka travel Insurance

You (or someone close to you) must contact the assistance centre (available 24/7) as soon as possible. You can find the contact details on the assistance card in your policyholder area or you can call them free of charge via the Chapka application (only an internet connection is required).

 

The assistance centre will contact the hospital where you are admitted, and you will not have to make any advance payment. If you are unconscious on arrival at the hospital, contact the assistance centre as soon as possible to inform them of your situation.

 

Please provide the following information when you call:

- Your insurance policy number (on your insurance certificate)

- Your location

- The telephone number where you can be reached easily and quickly.

- The nature of the assistance you require
