Chapka travel Insurance

 

Usually, insurance premium are non refundable.


However,

if you come back early, for personal or professional reason and you have at least 3 months left on your cover: we will give you a refund, provided you have not incurred any expenses (any claimable loss) for the unused months: pro rata amount minus the management fees.

You must have returned to your main country of residence and email us within the next 5 days following your return – passing that date, your date of request will be considered as the termination date of your insurance.

To proceed with this option, please send a written request by email to info@chapka.com along with a copy of your passport and return plane ticket. Upon receipt of these documents, we will send you a refund by cheque or bank transfer.

This clause doesn't apply to the Cap Adventure insurance. Please contact us for any further information about the refund of this contract.
