If a member of your family has been hospitalised as a result of a serious illness or and accident ( more than 72h ago) or has died and you wish to go back to your country of origin to be at their bedside or to attend the funeral, you must contact the assistance center that is reachable 24/7 at the following number:  +33 (0)1 59 20 06 36

Please make sure to give them the following information:

- Your name
- The policy number (
- Your membership number
- Your contact information: address, telephone number to reach you
- The nature of the assistance you need

Beware: An early return can not be done on your own, you must call the Assistance center as soon as possible

The following are considered as a member of your family:

- Your spouse

- Concubine, pacs

- Your direct ascendants (grandparents are included)

- Your brother or sister

- Your stepfather or mother in law
