It allows you to be reimbursed for services already paid for which you will not be able to benefit from if your stay has to be cut short due to:
- Illness, injury, pregnancy complication or death of yourself, a close relative or any person you are travelling with during your stay.
- Damage (burglary, fire, water damage) to your home that requires your presence.
We will reimburse you compensation proportional to the number of remaining unused days.
