During your outward journey, if the airline delivers your luggage with a delay of more than 24 hours, we will cover your basic expenses purchased within 4 days (e.g. toothbrush, change of clothes, etc.) up to €500 per person on presentation of proof of expenditure. Remember to keep your receipts!
