You must file a claim with the airline within 24 hours of the incident. Then, you must declare your claim online within 5 working days of the event by attaching the following documents:
- Proof of your claim to the airline, the damage or irregularity report provided by the airline
- Proof of reimbursement or refusal to pay by the airline
- The nominative purchase invoice for the lost or damaged personal effects
- The boarding pass
- A copy of the airline ticket
