You must contact the centre, which can be reached 24/7 on the number indicated in the general terms and conditions, in order to obtain its prior agreement before incurring any expenses.
Make sure you communicate the following:
- Your insurance policy number (on your insurance certificate)
- Your location
- The telephone number where you can be reached easily and quickly.
- The nature of the assistance you need
Please note: Only services that have been the subject of a call and agreed upon in advance by the assistance centre and organised in agreement with the centre will be covered by the insurance company.
