By taking out this option, the insured will be reimbursed for the cancellation fees retained by the school or language trip organiser in the event of:

- Riot, attack or act of terrorism within 30 km of the planned place of stay or in the destination city.

- A travel ban issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the Prefect

The insurance works if these events occur within 30 days before the trip and your travel agent is unable to offer you an alternative destination or stay. The maximum reimbursement will be €1,000 per insured person and €30,000 per event.
