You are covered under the Cap Working Holiday contract in your Working Holiday destination country, but also worldwide during a tourist stay (you will not be covered if you go to Indonesia to work, for example).
If you travel before your arrival in your Working Holiday destination country or after your final departure from your Working Holiday destination country, you will benefit from one month's cover (these stays must immediately precede or follow the dates of entry or exit from your Working Holiday destination country).
During your stay in your host country, you are covered for a maximum of 3 months.
Example:
I arrive on January first and leave my Working Holiday country on 31st of September, so I can :
- Travel during 1 month before landing in the country of my Working Holiday (in the previous month of December)
- Travel during 1 month following my departure from the country of my Working Holiday (the following October)
- Travel at any time during 90 days outside the country of my Cap Working Holiday between the 1st of January and the 31st of September.
This answer only relates to: Cap Working Holiday.
